BioMarine Fuels Inc. is a development-stage company focused on the production of algal biomass in a patent-pending, closed photobioreactor system, or SolarMagnatron™, for use in the creation of “green” biofuels for the electric power and transportation fuels industry and valuable chemicals like Omega 3 oil used in the pharmaceutical, nutriceutical and food products. We intend to combine with identified new technologies that will also enable our company to neutralize fossil fueled smokestack pollution while capturing the waste CO2 and converting the discharged pollutant chemicals into algae nutrients and feedstock for the production of energy-rich algal biomass within the SolarMagnatron ™ bioreactor system.
We plan to combine several patented, break-through technologies with our patent-pending SolarMagnatron™ algae biomass production system. The SolarMagnatron™ incorporates many new innovations, most notably a proprietary electromagnetic field technology. Electromagnetic energy of a specific resonance has been demonstrated by leading scientists to accelerate algae reproduction (mitoses) by up to 300%. Using rights and/or options granted to us by our R&D partners, we intend to integrate their complementary processes and equipment with our core SolarMagnatron™ technology. The combined technologies will be called our Symbiotic Energy System (SES).
Traditional pollution abatement systems are costly to operate and are generally only capable of converting waste smokestack heat to electrical energy with only small amounts of valuable by-products through a process known as “co-generation”. Our combined technologies will enable our company to neutralize fossil fueled smokestack pollution while capturing the waste CO2 and converting the discharged pollutant chemicals into algae nutrients and feedstock for the production of energy-rich algal biomass containing a high concentration of lipid oil and cellulose. The resultant symbiotic, parent–host beneficial energy relationship produces biofuels which may be either fed back into the industrial or electrical power plant pollution source as recycled “green & clean” fuel to satisfy its energy requirements, used in its manufacturing process, or otherwise sold into the “green energy” liquid fuels market.

The SolarMagnatron™ bioreactor, our core technology, operates as a closed and controlled system using light and electromagnetic energy. We believe it is capable of producing biofuel more efficiently than existing algal fuel production alternatives, resulting in higher yields of algal biomass and lower input costs. Our SES is expected to produce up to 7.6 million gallons of algal fuel per year from a facility consisting of 200 SolarMagnatron™ photobioreactors.
