The SES Project’s key technology is our proprietary algae bioreactor, or SolarMagnatron™. An existing bioreactor prototype is located in Gulf Breeze, Florida at a site we believe adequate for the on-going early developmental activities to be performed during the initial R&D phase of our business plan. It is our intention to acquire a larger commercial-scale site when implementing the second and third phases of our business plan. During those phases, we plan

(1) to build four SolarMagnatron™ test units, collectively having the potential of growing up to 16,000 gallons of oil-rich algal biomass per day

(2) to continue the integration of our collaborative technologies and equipment into the prototype SES project under our RTA arrangements and test the combined system capabilities. These include algae dewatering, oil extraction, carbon dioxide capture and algae nutrient production from an air pollution control prototype.

Our innovative design of the SolarMagnatronTM enables both natural and artificial sunlight to be combined with electromagnetic energy in a single, 4,000-gallon containment vessel, which we estimate will be capable of producing approximately one ton (moist weight) of algae per 24 to 48 hours.
